Kenneth Kauffman, Managing Director, (detailed resume) Advanced Engineering Associates. Ken is currently pursuing his Master of Science Degree in Project Management at Capella University, graduated September 2003. Ken also hold a PMP certification from the Project Managment Institute. Ken has an extensive background in the areas of construction, nondestructive testing, software development, manufacturing, purchasing and contracting, and general management for more than 28 years. He has run programs consisting of multiple projects successfully.

Ken has developed a number of projects, programs, and processes. This resulted in the more cost effective operations, enhanced communications within organizations, and reduced the cost of operations. Ken developed a number of new and cost-effective methods for manufacturing, as in the case of CD manufacturing facility he designed, costing of millions of dollars less then similar facilities.

Ken has always strived to develop newly and more efficient ways of advancing existing technologies for new and better systems. Ken always enjoys a challenge and finding the solutions to new problems

 Jullajak "Birdie" Kitticharoensinchai, BusinessManager, (detailed resume) Advanced Engineering Associates. Birdie has a Degree in Graphic Design. Birdie has extensive experience in the graphic arts field.

Birdie has an extensive background in graphics and has developed a number of projects for numerous clients. Birdie’s knowledge of computer software and graphics applications are extensive. He has the ability to provide project management on projects from concept to completion.

Birdies's administrative, marketing, and management backgrounds provide Birdie with the ability to tailor the product to the client’s needs in timely and professional manner. Birdie is a team player and has the ability to schedule projects, assign responsibilities, and deliver products on time and at cost agreed.

 

Sudhesh S. Vazhelathodiyil, Project Engineer, Advanced Engineering Associates. Sudhesh has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Applications and has completed a number of certification courses related to software development and programming. Sudhesh has been associated with AWARE Software Solutions for the past two years.

 

Sudhesh has an extensive background in working with various software languages and platforms including Visual Basic, Java, Cobol, Pascal, Fortran, XML, WML, WAP, HTML, dBase, FoxPro, SQL Server, MS Access. Sudhesh works well on a team basis and completes his assignments on time.

 

Shaju P. Mamu, Project Engineer, Advanced Engineering Associates, Shaju has Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in  Mathematics. Shaju is one of the key personnel to convert AWARE form Visual Basic to Java. In addition, Shaju also designed and developed the complex web page integration necessary for web based archive and data management.

 

Shaju's area of software expertise include Basic, COBOL, JAVA, JAVA Script, VB, VB Script, ASP, JSP, XML, Cold Fusion, Macromedia Flash, Matisse Java Object Server Database, Oracle, and SQL Server.

 

Shaju is a team player and works well with other to insure project milestones are met in a timely and professional manner.

 

Wilzad Aboobacker (Babu), Project Engineer, Advanced Engineering Associates. Babu is working on his Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Computer Science and is expected to graduate in June 2003. Babu was one of the key personnel to convert AWARE from Visual Basic to Java.

 

Babu's areas of software specialization are Basic, Fortran, Pascal, COBOL,C/C++, JAVA, JAVA Script, VB, VB Script, ASP, JSP, XML, Cold Fusion, Macromedia Flash, Matisse Java Object Server Database, Oracle, and SQL Server.

        Babu is a team player and works well with othes to insure project milestones are met in a timely and professional manner.

Praveen Kumar, Systems Administrator, Advanced Engineering Associates. Praveen has an in depth knowledge of computer system hardware and configuration. Praveen has the ability to design hardware systems and implement them will little or no supervision.

Praveen is a team player and works well with others to insure system status remains online to support operations.
